Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders using Standard Shipping and free for orders over $49 within the continental 48 states in U.S excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Non-Continental U.S Addresses

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

International Shipping

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Same Day Shipping Guarantee

Greenbayessentials.com offers a Same Day Shipping guarantee on most in-stock items ordered Monday – Friday by 1pm EST (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day, and product availability, so please check each item’s availability at the time of order. Only orders placed directly though Greenbayessentials.com qualify for Same Day Shipping.

Standard Shipping Transit Times

Greenbayessentials.com processes orders 7 days a week. We will ship all of your orders using USPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 1-6 business days for continental US destinations. Please note: In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment.

Expedited Shipping Transit Times

For faster processing and delivery you can select expedited 1, 2, or 3 day shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed after 1 PM (EST) may not process until the next business day. We strive to process all expedited orders placed before 1PM EST the same day provided adequate stock is available and the order successfully passes all necessary verification processes. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on Sunday or national holidays.

PO Boxes & APO Addresses

Greenbay Essentials will happily deliver to your PO BOX via USPS for a nominal extra charge. To avoid this charge please add a street address to address line 2 during checkout.

We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses. Shipping costs are based on package weight.
