How can I register for an account with Greenbay Essentials?

Registration is simple & free. At the top right-hand corner of our website, you’ll find “Log In”. Click on “Log In” and you’ll be asked your E-mail Id and Password. New customers will need to provide their billing address, company name (if ordering from the office), Address details, age, email address, a password they wish to use, and specify whether they wish to receive our newsletter. Returning customers will simply log in with their username and password.

Greenbay Essentials deliveries are made to addresses all over the United States of America.

How does the promo “10% Off “work?

All new accounts that place their first order will get 10% off the total price of their order. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.

How does the promo “apply your Greenbay Rewards points toward online orders” work?

If you shop in our physical store, you may already know that you get a point for every dollar you spend. If you’ve accumulated a certain number of points, you should have received a gift card that keeps track of those points. You can use this card right here on our website and apply the points toward your online orders. You can also apply those points when you shop in our physical store – it’s your choice how you want to redeem your points.

How do I search for products?

Use our powerful site-wide search engine to find any specific product. Simply type what you are looking for in the search box on the top of every page and click search. You can also enter a product code or UPC code in this search box as well.

You may also choose to browse by Brand, Category, Ailment, or Ingredients. To search by Brand, begin to type the brand name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and choose the brand you are looking for. Once all of the brand items are loaded, you can refine your search further by putting in a brief description of the product in the Refined Keyword Search box.

You can also refine the search by Pricing, Top Rated, Top Selling, etc.

If you still cannot find what you are looking for, then you can always chat with one of our Customer Service Representative using the Live Chat option at the top of the screen during regular business hours, or use our product request form after hours to notify us by email.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address you are using for your order, you just need to check out as usual. When you get to the “Review Order” page you can click on the “Change” link right above the current shipping address. You can then enter the new address. Please note that by entering a new shipping address, you will have to re-enter the credit card information for security purposes.

How do I find out the expiration dates of your products?

Please contact customer service if you would like access to the expiration date of a item.  We guarantee that all food items will be at least 1 month away from expiration and other items will be at least 3 months from expiration (these are the guarantees that are offered to us by our suppliers and manufacturers.)

How do I order multiple quantities?

When viewing an item you can simply change the order quantity number to the quantity of your choice, then click the “add to cart” button. Or while viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can change the quantity ordered. Once you change the quantity click the “update cart” button to confirm any changes made.

 How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you must notify us immediately (via phone if possible). Most orders enter the processing stage very quickly! Once an order has entered the processing state or shipped, we cannot cancel an order. You may return any unopened product to us.

How can I track my order? When will my items arrive?

Please allow for 2-8 business days for arrival (depending on location) if you selected the Standard shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you can track it by using the “track your order” link on the top of our site, or by entering your tracking number from your shipment confirmation, you may also click on the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

Some of the items I ordered did not arrive with my order. Where are they?

Occasionally, for reasons we cannot control, we run out of stock on certain items. We are usually able to replenish stock within a few business days. If we can obtain your product within this time, we will delay your order one day in order to ship it in its entirety. If an out of stock item will delay your order for more than a few days, we may choose to ship the in-stock products and place the remaining items on back-order. Any back-ordered products will be listed on your packing slip. We will ship the balance of your order when available at no extra shipping cost. If an item is unavailable for an extended period of time from the manufacturer for any reason, we will cancel that item off your order, and you may reorder it again at a later date.
